God and Gays

God and the Gays - To Be or Not to Be (Part 1)
Homosexuality.... Is it a matter of choice? Are some born that way? And if so, then how could God condemn it? Or does He? Does it make a difference?

God and the Gays - All That Glitters Isn't Gold (Part 2)
The gay bar scene or high risk promiscuous sex... Is it so happy-go-lucky? Something so sweet and wonderful we'd "wish you were here?" Or is it actually something you wouldn't wish upon your worst enemy?

God and the Gays - Once Gay, Always Gay? (Part 3)
Once gay always gay? How about once an adulterer always an adulterer? Better yet, once a sinner always a sinner (1 Cor. 6:11; 1 John 1:9)? WHO says so?

God and the Gays - Of Vice and Men (Part 4)
Everyone - gay or straight - has the "fire" within (1 Cor. 7:9). Some burn more than others, but it's still there. God understands proper sexual desire and simply commands that we develop His character to control and channel it. He knows our human need to love and be loved, to touch and feel, to give of ourselves totally in a reciprocal relationship.

God and the Gays - A Time to Heal (Part 5)
God calls people from all walks of life and performs a miracle in their minds: they're offered a fresh perspective, given a new outlook, and enabled to try a different approach (Philip. 2:5). Their former "records" aren't held against them and they're started out with a new attitude and identity (2 Cor. 5:17).

God and the Gays - Make Up Your Mind (Part 6)
We can make things easier or more difficult for ourselves. Either you're totally convinced God's way is right and worth living, or you're not sure and continually ride the fence and risk rupture; tormenting yourself and sending out conflicting signals and confusing signs (Matt. 6:24; 7:16).

Eastern Box Turtle with Heh

This Eastern Box turtle at Maumee Bay Nature Center has the Hebrew letter *Heh (pronounced hay) on its snout!

Eastern Box Turtle at Maumee Bay

Eastern Box Turtle
The box turtle gets its name from its centrally hinged plastron (lower shell), which enables both front and rear portions of the plastron to be drawn up tightly against the carapace (upper shell). This "boxes in" the turtle for protection.

The greatest threat to Ohio's box turtles is the thoughtless driver who makes no attempt to avoid running over them as they lumber across the highway.

Hebrew letter meanings
*He: 5, To be broken; to take seed; behold; revelation, three dimensions, divine essence, transcendent and immanent light. Brokeness resulting in unified existence, beholding God, potential Divine revelation, and the five voices of the joy of bride and groom.

George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens

Visiting the historic site of George Washington's home, where he lived and died and is entombed, and learning more about our first American president who refused to be king, one can't help but be awestruck with his qualities of greatness, his drive and vision, his patriotism and passionate interest in plants and animals... he reminds me of Solomon! Walking the grounds of his plantation, it was apparent he had applied the Seven Laws of Success Herbert W. Armstrong wrote about.

Few folks today would be so selfless to leave such a paradise to go fight battles or lead against all odds, with a will to win that had to be a God-send.

George Washington's Gristmill

George Washington's Gristmill down the road a bit from Mount Vernon
(I took this picture from inside George Washington's Distillery where whiskey - liquid gold -was made)

I love how George Washington inherited the least (compared to his two older half-brothers) and yet did the most with what he had and greatly prospered.

George Washington prophetically wrote, "...I hope...we shall become a storehouse and granary for the world." How befitting considering the Anglo-Saxon-Celtic peoples (primarily) who founded this nation, by the grace of God, are Israelite sons of Manasseh, the son of Joseph, foretold to become a single great nation and breadbasket that would feed the world!

That was when we were in our prime, but now, undoubtedly President Washington would be grieved to see how our great nation has degenerated, and how presently an apparent president usurper pollutes the White House and disrespects our Constitution, and how we suffer from a serious famine of men and women of good will and strength of character, and would humbly bend his knees and ask for Providence to bless America again. Won't we all please do the same? (2 Chronicles 7:14).

Self-righteous Christian forums

The real Jesus, Yeshua, caused DIVISION among the religious people of His day. His true servants continue to rile the self-righteous today who hate the plain truth they dare to share, comfortable in their traditional darkness, hating the light that exposes their unclean religion.

Matthew 10
34 “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword. 35 For I have come to ‘set a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law’; 36 and ‘a man’s enemies will be those of his own household.’ 37 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me. And he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.

As I posted on The Tree Of Liberty forum, after they cowardly locked several threads of mine (like God hates Easter! and Cursed for Easter?), before they hatefully banned me:

Yeshua couldn't post here
Apparently Yeshua, the Prophets (especially Elijah) or the Apostles could post here without getting their threads locked. Anybody who objectively reads the Word of God and compares it to my two locked threads will acknowledge this is the plain truth. No wonder Paul asked, "Have I therefore become your enemy because I tell you the truth"? The difference is, the Corinthians learned from the tough love he dared to share with them and took it to heart - they didn't harden their hearts or remain in denial, living a lie after it had been exposed, but the truth set them free to go and grow and sin no more.
